Maroje Raguž, founder and owner of OPUS, gained experience and knowledge at responsible positions in the financial industry (Trgovačka banka dd, Privredna banka dd, Obrtnička štedna banka dd), retail industry (MAGMA dd), energy industry (HEP dd) and non-profit industry (Save The Children International).

He was a participant of successful pioneering events on Croatian equity / debt market related to Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and issuing of different commercial papers and bonds.

During the years of practice, he had an opportunity to actively manage credit-guarantee portfolios involving craftsmen, small, medium-sized, large and international companies and financial institutions (domestic and foreign banks). He participated in the estimates and had insight into more than 4,000 credit/guarantee proposals and investment projects from nearly all industries - finance, information technology, telecommunications, tourism, trade, shipbuilding, agriculture, food processing industry, textile, wood and wood processing industry, construction industry, metalworking industry, petroleum industry, electricity production & distribution ...

In addition, he has actively participated in projects of reorganization and informatization in companies from different industries. He has actively and successfully managed underwriting in the banking sector as well as treasury, finance and controlling in the real sector.
