Maroje Raguž the founder and owner of OPUS has gained experience and knowledge in managing positions in the financial sector (Trgovačka banka dd, Privredna banka dd, Obrtnička štedna banka dd), retail sector (MAGMA dd), energy sector (HEP dd) and non-profit sector (Save The Children International).
He has actively participated in Croatian and international equity and debt securities markets and has managed credit-guarantee portfolios across various industrial sectors (manufacturing, telecommunications, tourism, agriculture, food processing, textiles, construction, oil industry, energy, trade, IT).
He has participated in corporate reorganization and informatization projects, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions. He possesses extensive experience in credit risk analysis, company valuation, due diligence processes, and structuring financial instruments.
In addition, he has actively and successfully managed underwriting in the banking sector as well as treasury, finance and controlling in the real sector.
Throughout his career, he has developed a deep understanding of business processes across different industrial sectors and acquired the skills necessary for successfully managing complex business projects from initial analysis to final goal realization.
